Work
Currently I am a Post CCT Fellow in Trauma and Orthopaedics, having completed the six year training rotation in Yorkshire, resulting in the award of a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT). I am listed on the Specialist Register in orthopaedics, and specialising in Sports Trauma and Ligament Surgery
BOTA
I was member of the British Orthopaedic Trainee Association executive committee, and for the period June 2007- June 2009 I held the position of Treasurer. This was my second period on committee having served a year as BMA representative over the period 2006-2007.
BOTA is made up of the thousand or so specialist registrars in Trauma and Orthopaedics, together with all UK orthopaedic consultants up to two years out of their training. BOTA is part of the British Orthopaedic Association, acting as a parent group. We act to serve the interests of our members.
